The medium-duty AX5 is a surprisingly strong five-speed overdrive gear box. It was introduced in Jeeps in 1989. It is used in XJ, YJ, and TJ with the four-cylinder.
No adapter is needed for the 21 spline output AX5 to the STaK Monster Box.
