Novak Muncie 465 to the STaK Monster Box transfer case adapters are only 3.1" long for a combined length of 15.1". This installed length is the same as the Jeep SR4, T4 and T5 manual transmissions, requiring no driveshaft length changes when replacing these transmissions.
This conversion will add enormous strength to your Jeep's drivetrain and significantly expands its range of gearing. The SM465 has become one of the most popular, configurable and durable transmission conversion for Jeeps available.
This adapter has a cast-in mounting pad for a common GM & Jeep rear mount, or Novak #RMU.

SM465 (all versions) to the STaK Monster Box Transfer Case. This new version of our popular #463 kit is compatible with all versions and years of the SM465, since the kit replaces the transmission main shaft.
This kit utilizes the existing transfer case input shaft. Detailed instructions are included to guide you through each step of the conversion.
The SM465 transmission uses three sintered iron bushings that are pressed on to the transmission mainshaft. When changing a mainshaft (like with some of our conversion kits) or doing a thorough rebuild, you should replace these bushings.
