2 & 3 Speed Transfer Cases
Stak transfer cases are superior to anything else available on the market. The Monster Box, Stak 4x4 Transfer case internals all all custom built and are over sized and heat treated for the strongest transfer case currently built for the off-road enthusiast. Stak 4x4 transfer case housings are machined from cast 356 alloy aluminum and then hardened to T-6 specifications. The case halves of the Stak 4x4 assemblies are designed to eliminate case deflection under heavy acceleration and torque loads. The Stak 4x4 Monster Box Transfer Case gears are machined from ASTM 8620 Alloy. The gears are then heat treated to a Rockwell rating of C 58-60. For smooth performance and unmatched strength. The size of the gears are the largest of any aftermarket transfer case and are helical cut for overall strength and do not use sychonizers. Stak 4x4 pioneered the ultimate in strength and a true 3-Speed Transfer Case, without adding additional weak components to the outside of a standard 2 speed case. Many of the competitors add external parts to add additional gears that are prone to breakage, and do not provide trail or street reliability. Stak 4x4 Transfer cases are available in several ratios, 5.22:1, 2.97:1, and 1:1, 4.29:1, 2.44:1 and 1:1, 3.78:1, 2.15:1, and 1:1.
There are many yoke options available for the Stak Monster Box so that it will be adaptable to just about any application. All Monster Boxes can be clocked in 4 degree increments up to 360 degrees this allows perfect angles and fitment for just about any application.
